    • And we're back from the Western sun and warmth of Arizona and Nevada to the cold and rainy fall of Illinois. 
    • Not everyone is happy with Missouri's expanded economic incentives programs (the state recently upped funding to $20 million from $10 million) (AP)
    • Prince George's County, Maryland, renewed and expanded its enterprise zone.  Potential benefits include tax credits of up to $6000 for disadvantaged employees and up to $1000 for non-disadvantaged employees (love the double negative), as well as personal and real property tax abatements. (Washington Business Journal)
